1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 33gbd ("We", "Us", "Our", or "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website at 33gbd.club, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. 33gbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 33gbd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33gbd strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction to comply with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party, company, organization, or legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the 33gbd platform or from any affiliated service.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 33gbd at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

KYC Verification

33gbd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative activity exceeds certain thresholds. This may involve submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times. 33gbd shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you. If any changes occur to your personal details (such as email address, phone number, or payment method), you must update your account promptly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

33gbd supports a range of payment methods popular in Bangladesh to ensure convenient fund management for all players. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited within minutes when made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. In certain cases, additional verification may extend processing time to 3 business days.

33gbd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider directly. Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge-back a legitimate deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

33gbd may offer various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each offer is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except through legitimate wagering activity that satisfies the rollover conditions.
• 33gbd reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or manipulation is detected.
• Players may only claim one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address. Claiming multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is considered fraudulent activity.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

33gbd is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform use certified RNG systems to ensure unpredictable and unbiased outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sport, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated wagering activity with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain undue financial benefit. Any winnings obtained through technical exploits must be reported to support immediately and will not be honored.

33gbd employs advanced fraud detection systems that continuously monitor platform activity. All suspicious behaviour is flagged for manual review by our compliance team. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

33gbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational reason without prior notice. 33gbd shall not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by players during scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

11. Amendments to These Terms

33gbd reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the 33gbd platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you object to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account.
